Victoria Neuman in The Boys!
The character was introduced in the second season of The Boys, but it wasn't until the finale that she revealed her true face. That's right, Victoria Neuman was responsible for everything, and not only that, she deceived everyone, which includes the characters of the series and ourselves, the spectators.
