Godzilla's monster universe will now gain space in the series world! called monsterverse,<\/em> the universe of monsters in which Godzilla is included has a new home on Apple TV+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apple TV+ has announced that it will produce a series inspired by the Legendary Studios monster universe that is linked to the recently released movies. O live action<\/em> takes place after the battle between Godzilla and the Titans, when the reality in which monsters are real becomes known to all humanity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the heart of the series' plot, we will follow a family that travels with the purpose of discovering the secrets that are buried, and a legacy that links them to a secret organization called Monarch. So far this is all that is known about the plot of the Godzilla universe series. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All that's known beyond this little introduction to what could be the show's central story is that it's coming to the platform later this year. But without any date for this, not even a concrete title has been revealed so far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The series is being produced by Legendary Television, and has big names behind the project. Among them, Chris Black of Star Trek: Enterprise <\/em>and Matt Fraction of Hawkeye who are co-creators of the series, being the position of showrunner<\/a><\/em> occupied by Chris Black.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All studios are studying a way to develop their own cinematic universe. This all started thanks to the huge success (and with it money) that Marvel Studios has achieved with the MCU. With that, Legendary kicked off its monster universe, which began with Godzilla in 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Soon after we had the film Kong on Skull Island, which made the connection between the most famous monster in Japan, Godzilla and King Kong one of the most famous monsters in the United States. This union provided in 2021 a previously unthinkable confrontation, Godzilla vs Kong! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this new series from the Godzilla universe coming to Apple TV+, it can provide content for new movies! Just like the new Disney+ series are linked with Marvel movies in the cinema. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
