For those who are already in the geek world, you've probably been through this frustration before, and you're always rooting for an anime reboot. Well, unfortunately this happens with several Japanese animations that change the original story (manga) to an alternative sometimes totally different in anime.
If you also have an anguish inside, due to several animations that had the story changed from the original, and it could have a totally different course, most of the time much better. TOP 3 Animations that have been changed from the original!
1st Sousei No Onmyouji (Twin Stars)
This one is without a doubt one of the most frustrating, as it had its story completely alternated in the anime, which changed the story of the manga that is still in release, unlike the anime, which is already closed, with an ending that didn't even come close to the original , unfortunate!
Heads up, in case you're reading the manga and you're at the beginning, there will be spoilers ahead.
Currently, the twin stars' manga is still being released, but apparently nearing its end. To get a sense of the difference between anime x manga of this animation, in history one of the strongest characters of the exorcist, the famous "underwear freak" is no longer part of the story, with an end worthy of being the "Leader of the exorcists" . Not forgetting that in the current story, the couple Rokuro and Benio are already adults and officially engaged!
2nd Tokyo Ghoul

The anime was well received by the public, despite the changes, but there is still a lot of revolt, where most wanted it to follow the original script.
An example of the difference between the anime x manga of the work, is that at the end of the manga, Kaneki fights with Arima, not in the anime. He loses the fight, showing a classic scene in the manga where Kishou pierces Kaneki's eye. Arima takes him to the CCG and they brainwash him into losing all of his memories.
3rd Akame ga kill
Finished the list, here's one that made a lot of fame, because even with the script changed, it's one of the most exciting animations to watch. Being one of those stories where you can't get attached to a character, because he may no longer be alive in the work, after all, what's not missing is the death of the characters.
However, despite the changes the anime had, both were good, due to how emotional the ending was in the anime, with the death of the protagonist Tatsumi giving his life to protect the city. A big difference between the differences of both is the way Tatsumi he died and his battle form, armor, the fight itself, were both different but exciting.
