After a long, long wait… To the delight of the legion of fans, the long-awaited continuation of Avatar finally gets a release date! And it won't be just one, but four (that's right, four) films that have even been given a release date!
Finally, 10 years after the release of Avatar, its sequels get a release date and have the first official photo released, check it out below:
Filming for the feature directed by James Cameron has already been completed, and the release date announced is for next year, more precisely December 2021. Its three sequels also gained dates in December 2023, December 2025 and December 2027.
Confirmed for the sequel we will have the return of actors who participated in the first film Zoe Saldana, Stephen Lang , Sigourney Weaver and Worthington. We will also have the introduction of new characters.
The long wait for the movie (10 years!) apparently didn't please some fans who say “don't care” about Avatar 2 and make lots of memes. But the feature promises just like the first one, with an investment of more than U$ 1 billion dollars! And the huge technological advance raises expectations for the continuation even more.
