After a great adventure with several twists, the first season of Dr Stone left us with that taste of wanting more. Episode number 24 ended with what looked like the start of a possible and predictable war against the hitherto declared enemy Tsukasa Shishio. Which leaves us apprehensive for the second season.

Before we definitively enter this extraordinary anime, let's introduce and know a little more about some of the characters that stood out the most in Dr Stone so far.

Dr characters. Stone:
Ishigami Senku: Senku is a genius with a very vast level of knowledge that he already showed since he was very young as he didn't have aptitudes in sports he tried to make up for it by studying. At school he stood out a lot for his intelligence and also for you very energetic. He loved to show his experiments and his scientific concepts.
Ok Taiju: Taiju was a normal kid at school, full of insecurities like any other high school student. He, in turn, had a tremendous aptitude for sports not to mention his iron health.
Ogawa Yuzuriha: Yuzuriha is a very kind person, innocent and willing to help her allies. She has skills in manual work such as sewing and crafts. In addition to knowing Senku and Taiju since childhood, she is Taiju's great love.
Kohaku and Chrome: The two of them later have very important roles in Dr Stone. Kohaku stands out as one of the best hunters and fighters in the village where she lived. She is from the “modern humans” tribe as it is a group that was born after the catastrophe.
Chrome 'the sorcerer', in turn, stood out for his knowledge despite being scarce in science. In the village he was known as a sorcerer. Until Senku arrived and explained the concepts of everything he did.
We have other characters that are part of the trajectory but we will not highlight them for now. Even without ceasing to be important, each one has a key role in the plot.
The story of Dr. Stone:
If you like the fiction genre, you will definitely like this anime Dr Stone is an anime where I tell the story of teenagers who somehow managed to survive a catastrophe world. It tells the story of two young people who, after the accident that petrified all of humanity, managed to wake up and discovered that 3700 years had passed.
doctor Stone has as one of its protagonists Senku. He enlists the help of his friend Taiju Oki who he calls "Big Guy". Before the phenomenon happened, the big man wanted to declare his love for a young woman named Yuzuriha Ogawa that he had known for a long time. But the phenomenon that occurred on the same day did not let Taiju conclude that. So over the years Taiju managed to wake up and desperately looked for her.
Until he finds her trapped in a tree still petrified then he discovered the message from his friend and the message said big guy go down the river. Taiju left in search of his friend, arriving there, he came across a huge building made by hand, and his friend there.
When Taiju arrived at the place, he asked his friend what was happening there, Senku explained everything to him and said he would try to find a solution for that he realized that the two only woke up because of a component of the bat's drool that involved nitric acid and that they would need to combine that with something else to be able to reverse other people's current situation.
Team work:
Soon they began to explore the place and found various things and they learned what was poisonous and what was edible over time. They worked like a real team one was a genius ie the head and the other was the muscles ie what did all the hard work.
Senku then came to the conclusion that one of his formulas would require alcohol. So, Taiju said that he had seen grapes there so the two went out in search of refining their own wine after alcohol for their formula so after so much exhausting work Senku got the long-awaited formula. And just as the two are about to embark on a great journey in search of improvements to the ancient civilization, Senku receives the title of Dr. Stone.
When they broke up Senku heads towards the smoke he had seen before. Since, he needed to make sure that they were other living people. He ends up finding out that he was right and there was a small civilization close to where he was.
The Ishigami Village:
From then on he meets Kohaku who was in a dangerous situation after fighting Tsukasa. So he helped Kohaku. Then they left for the village where he met Chrome and the others.
Upon arriving in the village, they soon encounter the first obstacle. It wasn't easy until he was accepted by everyone in the village until today he suffers a little rejection one of the striking and fun points of Doctor Stone's anime is when he meets Chrome. For Chrome thinks Senku is a threat to the village and tries to surprise him with his "knowledge" in supposed magic. He does simple experiments that make Senku laugh at the same time he will be amazed that that village would not support that teaching.
Although Senku's knowledge was greater, he soon realized that Chrome would be useful in his future plans. Soon he showed a simple experiment that left everyone stunned because they had never seen anything like it.
Throughout Dr. Stone we can see the progress of the ancient civilization being rebuilt by everyone in the Ishigami village, from hydroelectric plants to the telephone. Of course, all this is only possible to Senku's knowledge.
