What is the reason for the strike?

Many Brazilians are rooting for the Correios to be privatized and it seems that this is about to happen, but it seems that the state's employees were not very satisfied. Yes, they are against privatization and ask for improvement in their living conditions, according to them, the sector is being neglected in this Pandemic.
However, the entity also claims that it has been trying to dialogue with the unions with the direction of the Post Office since July.
Today the internet is divided between the people who defend privatization and those who do not. We are all aware of the delay in the delivery of a particular order sent via post office. For those who advocate privatization this would perhaps be the best option.
On the other hand, those who spoke out against privatization use the argument that the Post Office is a country's patrimony and that is why it should not be sold.
Will My Orders Be Delayed?
With this strike by the Post Office here in Brazil, it seems that orders will be delayed yes. Well, it's still not clear how the strike will work, but the last time there was a strike in this sector, the postmen didn't deliver the package. More directly, the person kept an eye on the screening and when he arrived at the city post office, he went there to pick it up.
I'm not sure that this time it will be like that, but if it is, it's less worse than waiting for the package to be delivered and taking a long time to arrive.
