If this error appears, you can call the number 111 and check if everything is in order with your CPF. If you prefer, you can use the Federal Revenue website to consult: Consult CPF.
If your CPF is all in order? And even so, you can't register and why, for sure, the data divergence with what you're putting with the federal revenue.

When entering the registration site you will have to click on the Tab “Make your request”. by clicking on make requests you will go to another page where you will declare that you fit the profile of those who will benefit.
Soon after confirming that you fit the profile of the beneficiaries you will have to add your Full Name, CPF, Date of Birth and Full Mother's Name, now you will mark that you are not a robot and click on “Continue”.

- I am over 18 years old
- I don't have a formal job
- I do not receive the following benefits
- social security
- assistance
- Unemployment insurance
- Federal Income Transfer Program (Bolsa Família does not prevent receiving Emergency Aid).
- My monthly family income is
- Up to R$ 522.50, per person or
- Up to R$ 3,135.00, total family income
- I did not receive taxable income, in the year 2018, above R$ 28,559.70
- I carry out activities under one of the following conditions
- Individual Micro Entrepreneur (MEI)
- Individual or optional contributor to the General Social Security System
- Informal Worker
