It's certainly not BlizzCon, but until we can come together safely again in the stew of aromas and juices that is a convention hall (then maybe never?), BlizzConline will have to do. Blizzard kicked off the online version of its annual convention today with a handful of announcements that were... less exciting than typical BlizzCon fare.
Yeah, this time we won't be able to enjoy all the euphoria of Blizzcon, but since everything is adaptive, and there is technology. Well, we have BlizzConline, which has brought us some big announcements made. Also, why better than to enjoy and start the year well with great revelations.

Blizzard is remaking Diablo II – BlizzCon – online!
The new version, called Diablo II: Resurrected, features significantly better graphics and full 3D, as well as cross-progression on PC and consoles. It is a full HD remaster of the original game and its expansion, Lord of Destruction. All cinematics will also be recreated and updated take by take.
If you hate graphics, you can also play the game in its original form. It will come out sometime this year.
The rogue class is coming to Diablo IV
Blizzard even revealed in a trailer that she confessed to a priest that she had committed many sins that mostly involved theft and murder – as you'd expect from a cheater – and then gave him a bunch of disembodied ears, which he apparently collects.
It was weird! But in a good, cute way. In the game, you can customize her into an archer or a swashbuckling rogue, or probably something in between. Blizzard also said that the cropped ears “aren’t just for show,” but is that… good?
World of Warcraft: Shadowlands' First Major Update Is Called Chains Of Domination
This confirms the information from a leak earlier this week, which means that you will soon face off against the Banshee Queen herself, Sylvanas. You will also be able to explore a new zone and fly (!!!).
The Burning Crusade expansion is coming to WoW Classic
The first WoW expansion is coming to revive the old school experience by Blizzard. Players will be able to choose whether individual characters will move on to the expansion. Or will they stay in Vanilla's pleasant simple aisles "forever". Burning Crusade hasn't aged very well, so I have a feeling a lot of players will take Blizzard's latest offer.
of 20 new cards. There will also be other new cards, including ones that increase in value over time, like Chain Lightning.
Blizzard went on to announce a new “Mercenaries” mode that sees you build teams and lead them through “highly replayable roguelike missions.” It is scheduled to come out later this year.
The Blizzard Arcade Collection is now available for PC, Switch, PS4 and Xbox One
Includes enhanced versions of early Blizzard games: The Lost Vikings, Rock n' Roll Racing, and Blackthorne. You can play each game in its original form or in an updated “ultimate” mode. This mode adds cutting-edge modern features like the ability to save. There's also a digital museum, which looks cool. It will cost you $ 20, unless you buy Blizzard's 30th Anniversary Celebration Collection, in which case it costs more, but also less, depending on how you think about it.
Anyway, these were some of the announcements made on the BlizzCon broadcast! In addition, much more to be discovered about the announcements made, for this, can be checked on the official website of Blizzard.
