1st Indra Ćtsutsuki
Indra is the eldest son of Hagoromo and considered the first ancestor of the Uchiha Clan. Possessing unimaginable power, Indra's Susanoo power is a mystery, but it is believed to be more powerful than Sasuke and Madara's combined. 2nd Sasuke Uchiha

And as we can see the feats he accomplished during the ninja war, he showed us that he deserves the second place on this list.
3rd Madara Uchiha
Undoubtedly one of the strongest ninjas of all time, Madara was able to perform feats never seen before. Being one of the creators of the Hidden Leaf Village and leader of the Uchiha Clan, Madara showed the incredible power of his Perfect Susanoo during the fighting of the Fourth Shinobi World War. The perfect form of Madara's "humanoid giant" took a lot of work for the five Kage together! Incidentally, the shinobi just didn't finish them all because he was bored of fighting the village leaders. And amazingly, Madara manages to awaken Susanoo even without his eyes, or even while using the Rinnegan!
4th Itachi Uchiha
The version of Itachi in perfect form is a great appeal, but because it doesn't have much prominence in the anime, it comes in third place on this list. Carrying in his left hand the Mirror of Yata (a shield endowed with the five transformations of nature). In his right hand, the Sword of Totsuka (a powerful weapon, capable of sealing all enemies it hits in the so-called "drunk dream world", for all eternity). This particularity of Itachi's Susanoo makes it considered invincible, at least according to Zetsu.
5th Kakashi Hatake
Finishing the list, we bring Kakashi, a ninja prodigy, who despite not being an Uchiha by blood, his achievements were undeniable. Despite not belonging to the Uchiha bloodline, Kakashi was able to awaken the perfect susanoo thanks to Obito's chakra "transplant". Kakashi received chakra from Obito Uchiha, who had been defeated and was in the underworld.
