If you're an Android user at some point you've used the Ok Google command to call Google's virtual assistant. But chances are good that you've been angry with him at times. After all, sometimes it opens out of nowhere, without you saying the command, which can be a big inconvenience.

What is the “Ok Google” Command
Ok Google is nothing more than the command that activates Google's virtual assistant, just like Siri on the iPhone. Google's virtual assistant, called Google Now, or Google Assistant has several very useful functions, some and some fun. To “call” the Android assistant, just say “Ok Google” if it is active.
How to enable/disable Ok Google
However, if your virtual assistant does not have the voice command active, or you want to deactivate it because, either you do not use it, or you are having problems with it… just follow the steps below:
1. Open the Google App
The first step to disable Google Assistant is to open the Google app. The one that has only the G of Google as an icon. Once the app has been opened, you will see at the bottom of the app some tabs, Discovery, Your Day, Search, Collections and More. Click on the three dots (…) in Most.
2. Go to Google Settings
Once you tap More, select Settings options. A series of options will appear, including Google Assistant, but select the category Voice.
3. Enabling and Disabling the Ok Google command
Select Google Assistant, or the Voice category. Within both categories you can find a “Voice Match” option. Under Voice Match, you'll see the option to turn the OK Google command on or off. Just check the box to enable, or uncheck it to disable.
4. Fixing Voice Problems.
But in case you still wanted to give Google Assistant a chance, in Voice Match, click on the “Voice Model” microphone icon. Select Reset Voice Model, and then follow the steps indicated by the application so that the assistant learns to identify your voice again.
5. Explore the possibilities of Google Assistant.
Decided to continue with the Google assistant, or looking for reasons to use it, go back in settings and go down the categories to then explore the great possibilities that the assistant provides for the user.
