I'm going to start this list with the name of the 5 Mightiest Mutants in Marvel talking about Storm, I bet you know her. The Tempest simply was and is very successful in comics, animations and movies, demonstrating its many powers, such as controlling time.
Yes, she has control of natural forces and to this day no one knows for sure the real scope of her ability. Remembering that she has several other abilities, such as atmokinesis, total atmospheric control, air control, earth connection, magical potential and several others.
Magneto
Magneto is simply a supervillain, considered one of the main or if not the main enemy of the X-Men, and you probably already know him too. And as its name already says, the Magneto has the magnetic powers, magnetism is a capacity of attraction or repulsion that certain materials have.
Remembering that Magneto was born at a time of chaos in the world, at a time when Nazism was a terror. And to make matters worse, he was from a Jewish family, so even as a child he saw all his family members killed.
And for sure this trauma that he went through in childhood made him turn into this great villain that he is.

Bobby Drake discovered his ability to control ice when he was a teenager, after realizing he suffered severe bouts of cold. The at the time young even tried to hide his powers, but one day, Bobby Drake ended up being ambushed with his girlfriend.
And to escape this ambush, he had no alternative but to use his powers, soon the whole city became aware of the incident. He came to be considered a threat and was even arrested, and this was soon in the ears of the Professor X.
