While Netflix doesn't officially release its numbers, the FlixPatrol tracks some parameters daily and uses this data to determine the most popular programs. The list below is not official, but it is the closest you can get between the popularity of the series and movies present in the Streaming giant's catalog.
Among the top 10 movies on Netflix worldwide, seven are original productions, including Project Power with Jamie Foxx, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Dominique Fishback and the teen romance Kissing Booth 2 with Joey King and Joel Courtney. Of the productions that do not belong to Netflix, are extraordinary, 365 Days and The Cave.
As for the series, all 10 are original! Where it shows that the investment made is having a good return on the platform. The Umbrella Academy, which had a new season premiering in late July. Lucifer, who gained a survival after being acquired by Netflix, has also proved to be quite popular, as well as the anime. The Seven Deadly Sins.
