It is not today that fans of the most popular mobile game currently have been asking for a new map on Free Fire, and yes, Garena has informed and announced that this new map is about to arrive and everything indicates that it will come in the next update of the game.
What will be the name of the map?
As I said earlier, the new map will arrive in the next update of Garena Free Fire, which by the way is already close to happening (Day 12/12/2019) and will be called: Kalahari. By the way, this map will be in a desert, so from the looks of it, players will be in much more exposed areas than compared to the map Bermuda and the map Purgatory.
It is worth noting that Kalahari is a real desert, with 900.00 km2, covering the African countries Angola, South Africa, Botswana and Namibia. The map, visually, is very similar to Miramar, from PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG).

I bet so, it is worth mentioning that Garena is increasingly bringing us positive surprises in its updates, such as the DJ Alok, which surprisingly and spectacularly gave an opening show in the Pro League final, in which Corinthians put on a show and won the Free Fire world championship in this latest edition.
Returning to the subject of the new Kalahari map, as soon as it is released, I bet that most players will immediately migrate to it, maybe even a bug on Garena's server lol.
More Details About the Kalahari
The map is extensive, filled with elevated positions and open areas, so be prepared to take risks if you wander around without cover. In certain areas there are some buildings and even a sunken ship and submarine.
Kalahari is inspired by a real-life desert, set in Africa, which spans countries such as Angola, South Africa, Botswana and Namibia.
