Amidst all the hype created with the trailer for crossover most anticipated of the year 2021, nothing more than a reunion between King Kong and Godzilla, which has not happened in theaters since the year of 1962! It's about Legendary creating their shared universe full of giant monsters, the monsterverse. Anyway, just a few months from its release, a trailer is available, and with that trailer the internet literally went crazy!
Remember when the internet practically split over Team Captain America, and Team Iron Man? It's practically the same energy, but I dare say that the flood of memes is much bigger this time! And it is clear that the big producers will not fail to take advantage of this great moment… And Netflix announced this Wednesday skull island (Skull Island) an anime about King Kong!

The King Kong Anime
Skull Island will not be an isolated anime about King Kong, but about the Kong present in the Monsterverse! As announced, the production will be in charge of the studio Powerhouse Animation, the studio that was responsible for two big hits on Netflix, The Blood of Zeus and Castlevania. That is, the chances of good things coming are quite high!
As announced on Twitter, the anime will be set on Skull Island (which is also very obvious because of the name…), an island that has been extensively explored in old and current King Kong movies. And as it is his island, this makes the presence of Kong in the Work practically guaranteed, maybe not as he is usually portrayed in the movies, but perhaps it is an approach that has not been done yet, for example his childhood, and the loss of his parents.
However, all the information revealed was that, no information was made available regarding the release date, cast, number and duration of episodes… Not even an image to get an idea of what to expect.
