The first analysis made by this institute in 1995 and updated the data in 2002, however, made a new estimate in 2011. If we look at it from another point, 6.5% of all humanity that has already been born are alive, many institutes consider this number great.

The Earth's Population Once Had a Very Short Life Estimate
Around 8000 BC, the terrestrial population faced many problems, such as hunger and climatic condition. This meant that population growth was slow and the estimated life span was short, in some places on the planet it was 10/12 years.
