Today the premiere of What If on Disney+ took place, that is, the ep 1 of this animation that promises to be amazing was officially released. And yet, it is worth mentioning that as with the Loki series, the new What If eps also arrive every Wednesday.
And as you may already be imagining, What If is also another Marvel production, however, in animated form. It seems that 10 eps will be released, if it continues with a weekly one, it will last almost two months until it comes to an end.

What is What If?
Translating into Portuguese, What If means nothing less than the following, “What if”, or “What if…?” And the series tells alternate stories that would have happened if any character had taken a different attitude in some MCU event.
And in this Disney+ premiere of What If we saw Peggy Carter become Captain Carter because of a different decision she made. This different decision was something quite simple and I will talk about this fact next, curious to know what it was?
How Peggy Carter Became Captain Carter on What If's First EP
All the members who were taking part in the experiment where I would insert the serum into Steve Rogers were at the bottom of that shed. In the Captain America movie Peggy made the decision to go upstairs and look from there, but... In What If she didn't do that and continued down there anyway, and that fact served to create an alternate reality.
had an agent hydra infiltrated there and as Peggy was below, he decided to explode a bomb before the serum was inserted. With Peggye at the top watching, he waited and Steve then took the serum and became the well-known Captain America.
This caused a ruckus and Steve was shot, without having anyone else to serve as a “guinea pig” and take the serum. And so Peggue didn't think twice, she volunteered and took the serum, thus becoming a super soldier in Steve's place.
What went on from there?
Most of Steve's feats in the first Captain America movie were done by Captain Peggye, but we did have some twists and turns. And one of those changes was that Steve was frozen for almost 70 years, with Peggye Carter it was different.
In the fight against the Red Skull, he decided to use the Tesseract to bring a giant monster in the form of an octopus/squid from another reality. Captain Carter then decided to fight this monster and ended up inside the Tesseract along with him, getting trapped there.
She ended up being removed from there, but something surprising happened, almost 70 years have passed and for her it seems like it was a few seconds. Now the following question remained, either the time inside passed differently or she ended up in another reality.
