But how is Loki going to make this whole mess in Marvel's timelines, hadn't he been killed by Thanos in Infinity War? Yes, that Loki really died, but in Endgame something happened that will surely be the beginning of this whole mess to come.
When the Avengers were traveling through time, when it came time to get the Space Stone from the Tesseract, shit happened. The Tesseract ended up in Loki's hand from that reality and he just disappeared, thus creating a new reality and messing everything up.

Loki Trailer, How Will He Travel Through Time?
Marvel's concept of time travel goes like this, if you go back in the past and change something that happened, your present doesn't change. By traveling in time and changing something, you will be creating a new alternate reality where different facts will happen, without changing your reality.
In a nutshell, if you travel back in time and prevent the Portuguese from discovering Brazil, when you return to your reality, nothing will change. But you created a reality where Brazil could have been discovered by I don't know, by the British and became a colony of the United Kingdom.
However, in one of these alternate realities that Loki will create, he may have brought the Black Widow back to the MCU. The new trailer for the series of Loki showed us him next to a woman who appeared to be the Black Widow, can you believe it?
Marvel also made some references to things that actually happened, such as the Volcano catastrophe that devastated Pompeii. In the trailer for the Loki series that will air on Disney+, she showed Loki in this city, implying that he generated this catastrophe.
Loki will be arrested
This new trailer for the Loki series has revealed something new that Marvel will be introducing, an agency that takes care of timelines. And these timeline inspectors started to notice a mess happening all over the MCU, and they found out that Loki was doing this.
With that, they take Loki and arrest him, with the intention of also using him to fix this mess. However, if everything will return to normal, we will only know by watching the new Loki series that will debut on Disney+ in June.
