Welcome to another article from the News Geek website, and today I bring an article talking about one of the greatest mysteries of the universe. The Universe itself is already a tremendous mystery, there is even the chance of another parallel universe. Everything in it is constantly moving and rotating, including our beloved solar system, but today we are going to talk specifically about black holes.
We all know that the Universe is a tremendous riddle that intrigues all of humanity, no one knows what's going on out there. To tell you the truth, not everything here on earth has already been discovered, can you imagine what the Universe has to show us one day? However, technology has been advancing more and more and through it we can study a little about what happens out there. Speaking of the Universe, a hint of the existence of a Parallel Universe was recently discovered, but this is a topic for another article.

What is a Black Hole?
We can say that the Black Hole is a ghost of a star, they have a tremendous gravitational field that sucks everything around. For you to have an idea of its destructive power, not even light escapes being sucked into a black hole, can you imagine one of those close to Earth? Yeah, they suck up planets too, to this day no one knows for sure what happens to the things that are sucked into a black hole.
In short, if one day you can make inter-planetary trips, if you see a hole like that, don't approach it lol. In more detail, black holes are like drains, and everything that approaches this “sink” is sucked into it.
After all, how do black holes arise?
We all know that the planets of the solar system revolve around the sun, which is a star, and we live in the Milky Way. The Milky Way is a galaxy, there are billions of other galaxies in the Universe, and if I told you that the Milky Way is revolving around a black hole, would you believe it? Yes, she's spinning, but calm down, she won't be swallowed by a black hole, at least not yet.
Remember I said earlier that Black Holes are the ghost of a star? This means that for a black hole to emerge, a star has to die and all stars will die one day. So what to say that our sun will turn into a black hole? The answer I have to give you is NO, this only happens with stars that have 10x more mass than the Sun. Not all stars will turn, will they turn into these holes that surround the Universe, and if there is a Parallel Universe, are there other holes like that? This, unfortunately, Humanity has not yet discovered.
How does a star die?
After living for a few billion years, it burns up all its fuel and ends up expanding, devouring everything around it, after which it starts to implode and becomes a white dwarf star.
In stars that have at least 10x the mass of the sun, when they implode they compress so much that instead of turning into a white dwarf, it turns into a black hole and starts sucking everything into it.
Anyway, we hope you enjoyed this article talking a little about the emergence of these black holes. Don't forget to share this article with all your friends and on all your social networks and all over the solar system lol.
