The 3rd season of DanMachi, which was scheduled for July this year, but because of the pandemic has been postponed. But luckily for us, it will still arrive in 2020! And finally, we have a specific date, the announcement was made through the anime's official twitter, revealing that DanMachi Season 3, will arrive on October 2 in Japan. Check out:
The third season of DanMachi is awaited due to the potential present in the work, with a first season with excellent quality, so a continuation was expected as soon as possible. However, fans received a bucket of cold water, because soon after the first season, instead of releasing a sequel, it was released DanMachi Gaiden – Sword Oratoria a Spin off focused on the character Aiz's Guild, with events parallel to what happened in the first season.
Anyway, just two years after the second season was actually released, in 2019, which followed the end of the events of the first. What raised the anxiety for the continuation, is the fact that the season itself was “slow”, without many major events. Claiming to have been a studio choice not to introduce anything too important in a short number of episodes.
