What are Pets / Pets?
But what are Pets in Archero anyway? Firstly, you may be wondering about the name, because in-game they are called Spirits…, but as most of them have the habit of calling them Pet, or mascot, let's just call them 'Pet' here.
In some games, Pets are just for decorations, while in others they have the role of helping the player, which is the case in Archero. Pets are a kind of helper, each containing a different type of attack, which causes a unique passive effect. They don't provide any attributes to the player, so you need to be aware of their attack patterns, as well as the effect they cause. Check which pets are their strengths, attack effects and attributes gained according to their rarities, remembering that the bonuses gained by Rarity are only for Pets, they are not bonuses for the Hero.
What are Archero's Pets?
The four Pets prior to the Anniversary update, had the same damage, with the difference for the Elf, as its dps was higher due to its superior attack speed. The new pets, added in Archero's birthday event, in turn, have higher damage than their predecessors.
All Pets in Archero, receive my buffs according to their rarity, and they are:
- Rare: +20% Critical Strike.
- Epic: +10% Damage.
- Perfectly Epic: Inherits 10% from the leader's attack.
live bomb
Continuously drop Bombs to deal area damage
Pet Bomba Viva, as you can see from its appearance, is a spirit based on a monster with the same name. Not only its appearance but also its attack pattern is identical to the monster. He attacks his opponents by dropping bombs. These bombs are excellent for damage against groups as they deal damage in an area, another advantage in their attack is that their attacks are aerial, so they are able to go over obstacles. However, a disadvantage is the projectile's speed, which is very slow, making it difficult for your attacks to hit monsters that move a lot and fast.
noisy owl
Part of the force of the gale, this owl can summon a strong gale that knocks enemies down.
The Noisy Owl is one of the two most recently added pets in Archero's Anniversary Update, along with the Flaming Phantom. The Owl already has a difference in relation to the 4 pets that already existed in the game, it shoots two projectiles in front of it. Although it doesn't always manage to hit both, especially on moving monsters, its damage is relatively auto, and it does a good 'pushing' effect. The attack speed is average, while the projectile speed is even fast. However, as good as it is, especially if equipped in conjunction with a Tornado (Boomerang) that does not have a push effect, its attacks do not pass through walls.
Elf

The Elf is a recommended pet for those who want a dps increase against stationary targets, for example against turrets. This is because its attack speed is very high, and it also has an average projectile speed. But why against stationary targets? Well even though he can deal well against moving targets, his attacks have a very weak 'pushing' effect, not to mention also that they don't pass through obstacles.
flaming ghost

The Flaming Ghost, along with the owl, was added to Archero's birthday event. Just like the scepter mage, the bat… is based on an existing monster in the game, as well as its attack. By 'spitting' two fireballs, they spread out and are united by a line, this projectile causes damage to ALL enemies it hits, until it hits a wall. Causing a lot of damage to lined up enemies, in addition to also having a 'push' effect, but as said, its attack goes to a wall, that is, it does not go through.
Scepter Mage
A being that remembers death itself. His scepters can pass through enemies with ease.
Like the Living Bomb, the Scepter Wizard is a Pet that also has a monster version in Archero. Also having its attacks equal to the monster, not just the appearance. He hurls his scythe at his foes, relying on a huge knockback effect. However, no matter how powerful your scythe's attack is, it shares the 'defects' present in the Weapon, which is the slowness of the projectile, and also in the attack speed. Another downside to it is the fact that its attack does not pass through walls, a property present in other pets.

The monster that the Bat Laser is inspired by has most likely already hindered you a lot to play, and all your skills were kept in the pet not just the appearance! It is the only one of the Pets in Archero that has an instant attack, not to mention a very fast attack speed. As if it wasn't good enough, its attack goes through walls, and it also goes through monsters in the case of monsters in a row. However, the only downside to his attack may be that his attack has no pushing effect.
How to get Pets in Archero?
Pets can be obtained in virtually every way to acquire items in Archero. From the phased drop, some events. But it's not limited to that, they can also be bought from the merchant that appears during the stages, not to mention that they can also come from the chests, obsidian and the Golden Chest.
Combining Pets
Just like the Rings, 2 Pets can also be equipped at once in Archero, without the need for the 2 to be the same. That is, you can try to make the best combination possible, to maintain balance along with your Build, for example, if you equip a weapon that does not cause push effect, you use 1 or 2 Pets that do, or in a phase with many obstacles use Pets that have attacks capable of "circumventing" them.
Or you can simply make a combination of pets in order to maintain a balance, one that crosses and one that pushes for example.
What is Archero's Best Pet?
Until the arrival of the anniversary event, it was a consensus that the Laser Bat was Archero's best pet, even if his attack is not as fast as the Elf's, his projectile speed makes it almost impossible for him to miss one. attack, even with monsters behind obstacles. And this “sovereignty” remains, the bat alone is still the most versatile to play. But not only the Bat is used, it is combined with the Owl, or the Phantom, as these have the highest damage among all 6, and victory goes to the owl if its two projectiles manage to hit the enemy.
Anyway, Archero's best pets/pets are the Laser Bat and the Noisy Owl!
