A little about Rarities
It shouldn't be anything new to any Archero player, but here we go. In Archero there are 7 levels of rarities, and they are: Ordinary, Unusual, Rare, Epic, perfectly epic , Legendary and ancient legendary. But so far the weapons don't go to the Ancient Legendary, only the Books.

Noting that, disregarding some things about the weapons that we will talk about below, in the first two rarities (Common and Uncommon), they are basically the same, because with the exception of the boomerang, the weapons do not have different abilities, only the damage itself, and this damage is the same for all weapons that are at the same level.

Note for comparison, the weapon was considered at its level 1. E Although the weapons have the same stats, each one has a modifier for damage, and attack speed. Which will be better covered below.
Archero's weapons, commented.
courageous bow
It is considered the most balanced weapon in the game, no wonder that is why it is the starting weapon in the game. The Bow is Archero's only weapon, which will use 100% of the character's damage as well as attack speed. Its pushing effect is average, which can be offset by its attack speed for crowd control. When reaching Epic quality as shown in the table, it acquires critical damage bonuses which, if used well, can become a great asset.
Death sickle
By far Archero's highest damaging weapon, the Scythe uses 145% of the character's damage. But contrary to being the one that causes the most damage, it is the slowest (~85%), requiring the player to improve speed in the match. In addition to being the weapon with the highest damage, it is also the one that causes the most effect in pushing monsters, which if used well with skills such as Ricochet, and speed attack improvements, will be able to deal well with hordes of melee monsters.
In addition to epic rarity, it has the passive ability with a high possibility (50%) of instantly killing monsters with less than 30% HP. Thanks to this skill, it is not necessary to collect the headshot skill when using the scythe in epic quality.
handsaw
Among Archero's weapons, the Saw is the one that stands out the most in terms of speed. Although its damage is low, the weapon's damage is 80% the character's base damage, and the speed is ~150%. In its epic rarity, it acquires an exclusive ability that activates when entering a room, gaining extra attack speed for a few seconds.
Its knockback is low, but it is compensated by the attack frequency which is high. The Saw's low damage makes it necessary to invest in damage-increasing skills.
Boomerang
The only one of Archero's weapons that already has "abilities" in initial rarities, the boomerang has two passive abilities, to pass through enemies and to return when hitting walls, which makes it unnecessary to get such upgrades in the match. One downside to the boomerang is that it does not have any knockback effect on its projectiles, which may require some skill from the player to survive and make better use of the boomerang's back and forth damage.
Its speed is equal to that of the bow (100%) and its damage is 80%, but this damage is upgraded in epic rarity, in which the projectile's return damage is increased.
Bright Spear
Among Archero's Weapons, the Shiny Spear is the one with the highest projectile speed, which is practically instantaneous. Its damage is not far behind, second only to the Scythe, with 120% damage, and speed at 95%. With its Epic effect, it becomes the weapon with the highest damage (ignoring critical) in the game.
The skill increases damage when attacking the same target by 6% with each shot, increasing up to a limit of 30%, which is of extreme advantage in fights against Bosses. But a disadvantage of the spear is that its pushing effect is very low, which makes crowd control poor and often requires you to stop attacking to reposition yourself.
Hunter's Staff
Basically the best weapon to play with, practically any upgrade used with it will be very useful, but why? Well, because its shot is “teleguided”, it follows the target, curving if necessary, which ensures that practically all hits hit in the absence of obstacles such as walls.
Its damage leaves nothing to be desired, as its rate is 100%, and its speed is 115%. The only disadvantage I see in it is the small delay that its attack has, but with practice and practice it won't hurt. It doesn't have the name of hunter for nothing, as it is excellent for chasing targets and executing them, especially with the skill unlocked in Epic that guarantees a greater chance of critical, based on the target's HP.
Its push effect is medium, which can avoid positioning to evade melee attacks, being more concerned with long-distance attacks.
What is the best of Archero's weapons?
Well, in relation to DPS (damage per second), all weapons have the DPS very close to each other with the exception of the Bow, although it is the first weapon it is still the one with the highest DPS. After all, it has a lot of critical, increased critical damage and an excellent balance between damage and attack speed, which results in a good DPS. The concept of best to worst depends a lot on the type of game of each one, it depends on what the person is used to, and also their strengths, such as the ability to dodge well from enemy hordes and projectiles.

But in my opinion, the author of this article, Archero's best weapon is the Scythe. Why? Its common damage is already very high, although its speed is slow, but this can be overcome with improvements. In addition to the very high basic damage, its knockback and high chance of Hit Kill on mobs with low hp will make it easier for you to pass through those hordes that launch projectiles.
However, you will have more difficulty with the annoying hordes of monsters that stay in melee if you don't have at least one speed skill. Since your damage is already high, you won't lack much in boss fights, and by completing the "common" stages quickly, it becomes easier to reach the boss fight with as much HP as possible.
How to get Weapons in Archero?
All weapons can be acquired from mobs drops, both in Normal, Heroic, Events stages. But dropped weapons will only come in Common quality. Being necessary after collecting 3 of the same, make the Fusion to improve its quality.
In the Chests, there is a possibility that she will come in superior qualities, in the Golden Chest there is a chance that she will come Uncommon. But in the Obsidian Chest it can come to the epic, but if you want the Legendary, you need to collect 3 as well and merge.
However, in addition to drops and chests, it is possible to buy weapons, in the merchant that appears during the exchange of phases in the games with Gems.
