Do Not Disturb Me – Website
The site do not disturb me appeared in July 2019 in an initiative by Anatel so that the user can deal with inconvenient telemarketing calls. The idea is so good and necessary that on the first day alone, it had more than half a million subscribers.
How many companies can be blocked and for how long?
Do Not Disturb Me offers the option for the user to block only the companies they want. That is, if you know which companies are “tagging on you”, block calls only from them. But if you wish, there is also the option to block all listed companies at once.
The blocking of calls lasts for 1 (one) full year. But some users may end up noticing that the blocking does not happen. But don't worry, in fact, the Blocking only happens after 30 days of the request, so during this period you will continue to receive calls.
Anyway, did the 30-day period after the request passed and it had no effect? Just enter the site and open a complaint and wait for a response from the platform.
What types of companies can I block Calls from?

How to Block Call with Do Not Disturb
Step 1. Access the website of do not disturb me, and click on “I want to sign up🇧🇷 Register, it's simple, you will need your CPF, a valid email, your first and last name, after adding these data, just create a password, accept the terms and confirm.
Step 2. Go to your email and validate it, you will be sent to a login screen, enter the data registered in step 1. Once you enter, you will see a button “New Lock”.
Step 3. Enter your area code and phone number when prompted. A series of options to block calls will be presented, just mark which ones you want, or use the “select all” option. Confirm “I am not a robot”, and click on “to send“".
Ready! Once this is done, after the 30-day period, you will no longer receive calls from the listed companies.

Whoscall – app
Don't want to wait the 30 days of Do Not Disturb Me, don't think it's working as it should, or just want some extra reassurance? Another good option is the free Whoscall app. As far as calls are concerned, this is one of the most complete apps you can find for free.

As said, it is one of the most complete applications for calls, so it has literally all the functions you might need:

How to Block Call with Whoscall
Step 1. Install the application on your device, it is free and available for both Android and iOS (iPhone). Just go to your app store (Play Store / App Store), and search for “Whoscall”, but to make it easier I'll leave the link below.
Step 2. The first time you open the application after installation, some permissions need to be given, all of which must be approved so that the application can fulfill its function. A screen will give you the option to create an account with Facebook or Google, but just click on the top right on “Later”. New permissions will be requested, approve.
Step 3. At the bottom of theapplication will see 5 options, tap “Block”. then select Block Carrier Calls, activate all the options you want, go back, and select Block calls from banks, check all the options you want. Finally, select the option Block calls from other area codes, if you don't have acquaintances who live in other cities, check all the options, otherwise, check the most frequent options in Telemarketing. For example, São Paulo with area code 011.
Step 4. Step 3 will not block incoming calls from your area code, so it is still possible for telemarketing calls to come to you. At that moment, as soon as I received the call, I blocked that number.
Anyway, if you are still not satisfied, there is an option in the application more “hardcore🇧🇷 It also allows you to block calls from private numbers, international and outside the contact list. This last option is by far the most effective, but it can end up leaving you unreachable. For example, job interview calls, emergency times, etc. Activate only as a last resort, and if you are sure it will not harm you.
